I worked with Netra for 5 years. In that time I saw Netra bring a number of key initiatives that had a massive positive impact on the way we worked and ultimately the business’ bottom line.
Netra is a very analytical thinker. She is passionate about finding the most effective approach, while also being very open minded and willing to listen, which is a rare combination to balance so effectively.
Netra is also a very warm and genuine person. She was a key driver of culture. Always the first person to make newcomers feel welcomed and would often initiate team building activities for the wider group.
Netra built strong relationships across all levels of the organisation. She was highly respected among senior stakeholders and was a great leader for her team who adored and respected her.
Christopher Brennan,
former Head of Marketing, New Developments & Growth, BaptistCare
Over more than five years with BaptistCare NSW & ACT, my role evolved through Brand Manager to Creative Lead, with increasing responsibility for how the brand was developed, governed and implemented across a large, complex and rapidly changing organisation.
My work extended well beyond creative delivery. I led brand development and implementation across services, campaigns, publications, digital and physical environments, developed and managed brand architecture and internal sub-brands, established practical governance systems, and worked with senior leaders and stakeholders to translate organisational priorities into clear, usable brand and communication solutions.
During the merger of BaptistCare NSW & ACT and Baptistcare WA, I helped lead the brand and creative integration, bringing together teams, assets, systems and ways of working while maintaining continuity across the organisation. This included navigating different existing brand environments, identifying what needed to change and what needed to remain, and building the frameworks required to support consistent implementation at scale.
Across the broader role, I led an in-house creative team, worked with agencies and external partners, and drove initiatives spanning brand governance, digital asset management, signage, procurement, web governance and creative operations.
The result was not simply a more consistent visual identity, but a more connected and usable brand system, capable of working across multiple services, audiences, locations and organisational needs.
BaptistCare operated across a complex portfolio of services, programs and internal initiatives, many of which required their own distinct identities while remaining connected to the broader organisation.
I developed and managed a number of these internal sub-brands, including Shine, Flourish, Engage, Fortify and Empower, creating naming and visual systems designed around the purpose of each initiative. The use of simple, active names was deliberate, giving programs an immediate sense of purpose while creating a consistent approach across the broader brand ecosystem. Empower ultimately extended well beyond its identity, developing into an enterprise-wide procurement transformation spanning systems, processes and organisational change.

Fundraising formed an important part of the BaptistCare and HopeStreet brand environment, requiring creative that could engage donors, supporters, corporate partners and the broader community. My work included designing the visuals for Halo Ball (shown below) and creative direction in following years (not shown), spanning event identities, invitations, sponsorship collateral, social campaigns and event communications, as well as ongoing HopeStreet newsletters and fundraising communications designed to share impact, build engagement and support giving.
