The Allegra Village (In Development) plans to have approximately 130 independent living units for retirees. The BaptistCare Carlingford site already contains community housing, and will also become home to a residential aged care home, respite facility and a diverse range of facilities, services and outdoor spaces for residents and the community to enjoy.
